This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and GoThereFirst™ for the GoThereFirst™ mobile application.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, GoThereFirst™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App is licensed, not sold. GoThereFirst™ retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of GoThereFirst™.
GoThereFirst™ may from time to time provide updates, patches, or modifications to the App. You understand that the App may require such updates to continue functioning properly, and you consent to receive such updates. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
GoThereFirst™ maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to create, upload, transmit, or display any content that:
You further agree not to engage in abusive behavior toward other users, including but not limited to harassment, stalking, intimidation, or any conduct that threatens the safety or well-being of others.
GoThereFirst™ reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, review, and remove user-generated content at our sole discretion. We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice or refund for any violation of these terms. Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior through the App, and we will review such reports promptly.
You are solely responsible for any content you create and for your interactions with other users, both within the App and at any in-person meetings facilitated through the App.
The App may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, websites, or resources. GoThereFirst™ is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. GOTHEREFIRST™ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GOTHEREFIRST™ BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You shall not export or re-export the App in violation of any such laws or regulations.
If you are a U.S. Government end user, the App is a "commercial item" as defined in FAR 2.101 and is licensed in accordance with this Agreement.
This Agreement, together with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and GoThereFirst™ regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
